XenApp farm management

Citrix XenApp is a great product, but it can be complex to configure. Once you have the farm configured and running, how do you make sure it stays clean?

The day to day operation is straightforward. You should be able to add users, publish applications and add session printers in-house. We provide a management service for the more occasional changes that you need to get right:

• upgrading and patching XenApp
• adding applications - installed or virtualised
• adding or replacing servers
• adding or changing policies (in AD Group Policy Preferences and in XenApp farm Advanced Configuration)
• licensing questions
• extending the service with Citrix Access Gateway.
